Kayla Itsines Workout Review
After using the Kayla Itsines guide for almost three months, we have reach to our conclusion that the Kayla Itsines guide is not recommended! You have to be really be careful of Kayla Itsines diet guide! We had bad side effects while following Kayla’s recommended maximum calorie intake of only 1600calories a day. In our last update, we mentioned how we will stop following her diet guide to see if the side effects will subside. We did that since 16th April and YES, the side effects went away after we stopped using her diet guide. So What About Kayla Itsines Workout?
Although we stopped using her diet guide, we still continue exercising using Kayla Itsines workout guide. So it’s been about two months with her exercise plan and we did not see any progress. What’s more disappointing is that we actually gained back the weight we lost while using her fad diet. In fact it was worst for Kayley as she gained back MORE WEIGHT. If you’ve followed our journey, we mentioned that Kayley lost 3 lbs in our last journey update. Ever since we stopped using her diet guide, Kayley have gained 5 lbs.
We were really not expecting that as we’ve been working out religiously using her workout guide. It’s hard but we have to admit that all the allegations about Kayla Itsines is so TRUE! From how Kayla Itsines bought her bought her instagram followers and all the ‘good reviews’ of her guide were actually done by her affiliates who are paid to promote her product! We’ve also read in many forums about how other girls are complaining about her guides!
Our Final Recommendation:
We really advise you to stay away from Kayla Itsines bikini body guide if you do not want to be disappointed and left frustrated like us! Do more research before you buy her workout plans. We did the mistake of ‘believing’ the ‘good reviews’ without doing our research and we were left disappointed. If you do your research, you will learn how Kayla’s diet plan is actually a fad diet, how she is paying to buy instagram followers and that the good reviews and transformations are all FAKE as they’re done by her affiliates! If you don’t know what affiliate means, they are paid a commision each time you purchase the Kayla Itsines guide with the discount code/coupons that are provided in the ‘good reviews’. We wasted $120 on her ebooks and really regret it!
It's been over a month since we started our journey with Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide. It's not what we've been expecting though. We've not seen much changes, however we've had some bad side effects.

Kayley: Lost 3 pounds, no inches lost.
Amelia: Lost 2.5pounds, no inches lost.
Side Effects With Kayla's BBG
Kayley: Dizziness, Fatigue and Moody
Amelia: Constipation and Fatigue.
Yes, we did lose some weight. However, with the little weight-loss, we're getting bad side effects. We've never had dizziness, fatigue, constipation or moodswings (well yes moodswings during our menstruation days only).
We're not 100% sure that it's because of the low-calorie diet that we're using with Kayla's diet plan, but we're 95% sure because we've never had those side effects before starting her diet plan.
We'll stop using her diet plan for the next few days and we'll see if the side effects disappear. We've also read another blog, who is also complaining that she's gotten bad side effects with Kayla's diet.
This website also explains why woman should be eating at least 2000 calories a day, and even more if you're active and exercising every single day. Well Kayla requires you to exercise everyday!
We just came across another UNBIASED review of Kayla itsines Diet again. Sigh. Honestly it's making us really afraid to actually continue using her program..
We've already spent the $120.. and there's many reviews that actually said they experience good transformation with Kayla Itsines Guide. However, we've also came to realize that many of those reviews are actually done by girls who are affiliated to Kayla Itsines! They get paid commisions when you purchase Kayla's guide using their referral link or 'discount coupon'.
We're actually in denial. I mean, we know the truth now but we're still trying to convince ourself that Kayla Itsines workout and diet is really effective, and most importantly safe!

So it's been 2 weeks since we both started working out and dieting using Kayla Itsines Guide. We're seeing some slight results so far.
Kayley have lost almost 2 pounds whereas I've lost only 1 pound :(
We've been following her guidelines strictly, doing the workouts religiously but we've not seen much result yet. We're seriously now starting to have doubts about the program and many other 'good reviews' that claimed that they've lost like over 10lbs within a month and etc.
I mean, how can they lost that much when we're doing exactly the same thing? We're doing the workouts everyday and following her diet guideline strictly!
It's really not what we've been hoping for. And Kayley actually felt light-headed and moody since starting the program, is it because of the low calorie diet that Kayla is telling us to follow? We're not so sure of that yet because I've not gotten any side effects yet.
We'll continue to log our progress and report on our journey as often as possible.

A Very Honest Review On Kayla Itsines Guide
We're feeling quite skeptical of Kayla's Bikini Body Guide now after watching many videos that tells the truth on her program.
We actually found out that many of the 'good reviews' on Kayla Itsines are actually written by her affiliates. What does that mean? It means they are people who market and promote her products, and earn a commision when somebody purchase her program using their discount code.
We've came across a few BAD but honest review that actually explain in details, with scientific references that her program and diet is actually a FAD. The video we posted above is one example.
Sigh, we've already wasted almost $120 on her program. We are just going to continue using it and we'll see if it works or its just another fad.
It's been only 4 days since we started it, and we'll keep logging this journey.
