We really advise you to stay away from Kayla Itsines bikini body guide if you do not want to be disappointed and left frustrated like us! Do more research before you buy her workout plans. We did the mistake of ‘believing’ the ‘good reviews’ without doing our research and we were left disappointed. If you do your research, you will learn how Kayla’s diet plan is actually a fad diet, how she is paying to buy instagram followers and that the good reviews and transformations are all FAKE as they’re done by her affiliates!
